dude - now I am not one to count calories or carbs, unless its like, REALLY impressive. Today I grabbed a "Tendercrisp Cheesy Bacon Chicken Sandwich" from BK. Tasty.

I learned that "tendercrisp" is french for KFC, because the patty was deep-fried chicken, then bacon, then pepper jack AND american cheese AND "cheese sauce" whatever that is.

With 39 grams of protein, it can only make me even more built and hunky, but here's the totally rad part: 800 calories! 47 grams of fat!

Holy chicken!
